🔥 Fires on Mt. Tolmie: Appreciation and shoutouts to the Saanich Fire Department and diligent citizens, and a reminder to be “fire smart” in our natural area parks. 🏡 Monday’s Council Meeting: Reflecting on my commitment to work with Council next term to get the Province to make changes to the legislation to permit municipalities to have greater flexibility in the ways they are able to handle land use situations. 🎶 Music In the Park: Celebrating 20 years of Music in the Park (which initially took place only at Rutledge Park!) and recognizing the importance of volunteers in bringing the community together.
